8.5Verified guest“The hotel was located very close to Tokyo and Shinagawa station areas as well as tourist spots Shinjuku, Shibuya, and Ginza. The breakfast was perfect with the prettiest eggs benedict, served in the restaurant. Its location, a 10-15 minute walk from Maxell Aqua Park Shinagawa, was marvellous and perfect. This was my delightful stay for a short business trip.”
8.5Verified guest“Staying here reminded me of discovering a peaceful retreat amidst Tokyo's hustle. The spacious room and fine gardens made our family excited and relaxed.”
8.5Verified guest“We stayed for 5 nights during the cherry blossom period and were upgraded to a deluxe suite with views overlooking Tokyo Tower and the beautiful Japanese garden, with many cherry blossom trees and a lake with large golden fish. The room was clean and big, and besides the shower, it also had a jacuzzi in the bathroom. We were provided bath salt for it too. The location was great, very close to Shinagawa JR station. The lobby was nice with a beautiful view. Overall we were very satisfied. For sure, we will come back again.”
8.5Verified guest“The cherry blossom view from our room was the best we had ever seen in any hotel. Also, the garden around the hotel, especially the Japanese tea garden area with that small pool with many fishes, was very beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay. The location of the hotel and the shuttle bus service to the station and other Prince hotels, especially during rainy times, was fantastic.”
